Convertible Chromebook for mobile professionals

The Acer Chromebook Plus Spin 514 is a 2-in-1 laptop running Chrome OS. It uses an Intel 10-core i5-1334U processor with a maximum boost clock of 4.6GHz, 12MB SmartCache and 12 threads. The system includes 8GB of DDR5 memory and 640GB of total storage composed of a 512GB SSD and a 128GB SD card. Integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics drive the 14.0-inch WUXGA IPS touchscreen.

Suits users needing a touch-enabled 2-in-1

This device fits students and professionals who want a convertible form factor with a 100% sRGB display for colour-critical work. The backlit keyboard and FHD webcam support late-night study and video calls. Buyers who require discrete graphics performance for rendering or gaming should consider other options. The fixed 8GB memory also limits heavy multitasking workloads.

100% sRGB touchscreen determines creative

The 14.0-inch 1920x1200 IPS panel covers 100% of the sRGB colour space, making it the deciding specification for photo editing and design tasks. Touch input and the 2-in-1 hinge extend utility to sketching and note-taking. If colour accuracy is not a priority, a standard non-touch model may offer better value.
