Acer Swift 16 AI laptop

This 16 inch laptop ships with Windows 11 Pro and an Intel Core Ultra 7 355 processor with eight cores and eight threads. The base clock is 2.3 GHz and the boost reaches 4.7 GHz. It targets professionals who want a thin silver chassis and a 1920 by 1200 display for daily productivity.

32 GB DDR5 and 2 TB storage

The system includes 32 GB of DDR5 4800 memory and a 2 TB PCIe solid state drive. That capacity handles large spreadsheets, multiple browser tabs and local project files without paging. Heavy video timelines or virtual machine clusters will eventually exhaust the 32 GB ceiling.

Thunderbolt 4 and Wi-Fi 7 connectivity

Two Thunderbolt 4 ports carry data, video and charging over a single cable. The HDMI output drives an external monitor at the panel's native resolution. Wireless uses Wi-Fi 7 while the spec sheet also lists 802.11ac support for backward compatibility.

Questions about this item

Will my existing USB-A 3.2 peripherals work with the two USB-A ports on this Swift 16?

Yes, the two USB-A 3.2 ports are backward compatible with earlier USB-A devices so your current peripherals will connect and function normally.

How can I verify the Intel Ultra 7 355 processor is reaching its 4.7 GHz boost after setup?

Open Task Manager's Performance tab or a tool such as HWMonitor while running a demanding workload; the CPU frequency readout should climb toward 4.7 GHz when thermal headroom allows.

Which accessories are included in the box and what must I buy separately for the Thunderbolt 4 ports?

The box contains the laptop and its power adapter; Thunderbolt 4 cables, docks or adapters for external displays and storage are sold separately.
