Compact Centre Channel for Dialogue

The PSC-32 is a passive centre speaker built for home-theatre systems that need clear dialogue from a small footprint. It connects directly to any receiver with raw speaker-wire outputs and draws 15 to 125 watts per channel. The sealed cabinet measures 10.03" wide by 4.21" high by 4.92" deep, so it fits on most shelves or TV stands. It suits buyers who want a dedicated centre without a large box.

Two 3-Inch Woofers Cover 85 Hz to 20 kHz

Dual 3-inch cone drivers handle mid-range and upper-bass duties down to 85 Hz, while the 2-way crossover extends response to 20,000 Hz at 89 dB sensitivity. The 8-ohm nominal impedance keeps amplifier matching straightforward. Below 85 Hz the cabinet rolls off, so a separate subwoofer is needed for full-range movie effects. Large rooms or reference-level playback will exceed the 125-watt thermal limit.

Sealed Cabinet Runs Cool and Quiet

With no bass-reflex port the enclosure produces no chuffing noise and adds minimal heat to the rack. The CARB-compliant MDF cabinet with black ash veneer is inert at typical listening levels. Spring-loaded wire terminals accept raw or CL3 cable without tools. Because the speaker is passive, all power draw and thermal load remain at the amplifier, not the speaker itself.

Questions about this item

Will the PSC-32 work with my older receiver that outputs 100 watts per channel?

Yes, the speaker handles 15 to 125 watts per channel, so a 100-watt receiver falls within the recommended range.

How can I confirm the PSC-32 is performing correctly after connecting it to my receiver?

Play a centre-channel test tone; you should hear clear dialogue-range output from 85 Hz to 20 kHz with no distortion at your chosen volume.

What comes in the box and what must I buy separately to use the PSC-32?

The box contains one passive speaker and an instruction manual; you must supply your own speaker wire such as CL3 or raw wire.
