Pool Accessory Pump

The Action RP20R is a positive displacement diaphragm lever pump designed for pool and spa maintenance. Its transparent housing allows quick visual checks of fluid movement during operation. It suits owners who need a straightforward manual transfer tool for routine water management.

Manual Lever Operation Limits

Flow rate depends entirely on the speed and force applied to the lever by the user. The pump cannot sustain continuous pressure or automated cycling without constant physical input. It is not suited for installations that require unattended or high-volume circulation.

Positive Displacement Design

The diaphragm mechanism moves a fixed volume of fluid with each stroke, making output predictable per lever cycle. This suits tasks where measured transfer matters more than raw throughput. Buyers needing electric drive or continuous duty should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How does the 20 designation help me choose the right Action RP20R PPS Diaphragm Lever Pump?

The 20 identifies this specific RP20R model within the Action Pump range, distinguishing it from other diaphragm lever pump variants.

What does the positive displacement design mean for real-world pool use?

It moves a fixed volume per stroke, providing consistent flow for chemical dosing or water transfer regardless of pressure changes.

How does the lever operation cap the practical flow rate?

Manual lever action limits output to the operator's stroke speed and force, making it suited for intermittent, low-volume tasks.
