Precision Current Monitoring

The Adafruit INA169 breakout provides a 0.1 ohm, 1% sense resistor rated for 2W continuous operation. It measures DC current draw up to 5A and produces an analog voltage output referenced to ground at 1V per Amp. This makes the board suitable for feedback-loop control in custom electronic projects.

Power Supply Compatibility

Verify that the circuit under test operates at or below 60V DC to stay within the device rating. Ensure the expected current does not exceed 5A continuous so the sense resistor remains within its 2W thermal limit. Adjustable Sensitivity
