Questions about this item

Does the Gigabyte TRX50 AERO D motherboard need a specific TRX50 chipset cooler or does the included 360 mm liquid loop cover it?

The 360 mm quiet-edition liquid cooler is mounted on the Threadripper 9970X socket sTR5; the TRX50 chipset uses its own onboard heatsink and does not require a separate water block.

Can I keep my existing SATA III 3.5-inch drives and add them to the four internal 3.5-inch bays without an adapter?

Yes, the case provides four internal 3.5-inch bays wired to the motherboard's eight SATA 6 Gb/s ports so standard SATA III drives install directly.

How do I confirm the three Samsung 990 PRO NVMe SSDs are each running at PCIe 4.0 x4 speeds after assembly?

In Windows 11 Pro open Task Manager Performance tab or run CrystalDiskMark; each drive should show sequential reads near 7450 MB/s and writes near 6900 MB/s.
