64-Core Threadripper Workstation for Heavy Compute

This new Adamant Custom tower is built around a 64-core AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 9985WX running at 3.2GHz with 128GB of DDR5 ECC memory. It targets professionals who need massive parallel throughput for rendering, simulation or AI workloads. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro installed and is fully customisable at order time.

360mm Liquid Cooling and 1600W Titanium PSU

A 360mm Quiet Edition AIO cooler handles the CPU while the case includes three 140mm fans for airflow. The Seasonic PRIME TX-1600 power supply delivers 1600W at 80+ Titanium efficiency with Japanese capacitors and protections for over-voltage, under-voltage, over-power and short-circuit. The RTX 5090 32GB graphics card adds its own thermal load under GPU compute tasks.

WRX90E Motherboard with Dual LAN and Extensive I/O

The Pro WS WRX90E-SAGE SE board provides two LAN ports, rear USB 10Gbps and Type-C connections, plus internal M.2 and SATA headers for expansion. Storage currently uses two 4TB NVMe Samsung 990 PRO drives and a 10TB SATA HDD. The Corsair 7000D Airflow chassis offers six internal drive bays for further growth. Buyers who need more than one GPU should contact the builder before purchase.

Questions about this item

How is the 360 mm AIO liquid CPU cooler installed in the Corsair 7000D Airflow case, and what step is often missed?

The radiator mounts to the top of the case using the included fans; the step often missed is orienting the pump block so the tubing does not kink and ensuring the cold-plate protective film is removed before seating it on the Threadripper sTR5 socket.

What maintenance or replacement will the 128 GB DDR5 ECC memory and the two 4 TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe SSDs need later?

The DDR5 ECC modules require no scheduled replacement; the NVMe SSDs have a finite write endurance, so plan to monitor SMART health and replace them once the rated terabytes written are approached.

What limit appears first when the RTX 5090 32 GB and 64-core Threadripper PRO 9985WX run sustained heavy workloads?

The 1600 W Seasonic Prime TX-1600 PSU and the case airflow set the practical ceiling; GPU and CPU power draw combined can approach the unit's rating, so thermal throttling or power limiting will trigger before other components saturate.
