Workstation PC for CAD and Modelling

This desktop pairs a 24-core Intel Core Ultra 9 285K with 128GB DDR5 memory and an Nvidia RTX PRO 2000 Blackwell 16GB GPU. A 2TB NVMe SSD and 10TB HDD provide fast and high-capacity storage. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed on a liquid-cooled Z890 platform.

Suited for multi-threaded design workloads

The 24-core CPU and large memory pool handle complex assemblies and simulation tasks. Buyers who need certified drivers for specialised ISV applications should verify compatibility. Systems requiring more than 16GB VRAM or multiple GPUs will need a different configuration.

GPU memory defines the visual workload limit

The RTX PRO 2000 Blackwell ships with 16GB of video memory. That capacity sets the maximum model size and texture resolution that fit in local frame buffer. Buyers working with larger scenes must consider a card with more VRAM.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 128GB DDR5 configuration or add more memory up to the 192GB maximum?

The system ships with 128GB DDR5 across four slots; the Z890 motherboard supports up to 192GB, so you can expand later if workloads demand it.

How does the 24-core Core Ultra 9 285K at 3.7GHz perform inside this chassis?

The 360mm liquid cooler keeps the 24-core CPU at its 5.70GHz boost without thermal throttling during sustained CAD or rendering loads.

What does the RTX PRO 2000 Blackwell 16GB actually deliver over the PCIe 4.0 x4 link?

The GPU connects through a full x4 PCIe 4.0 lane, giving the 16GB VRAM enough bandwidth for professional viewport and compute tasks.
