Liquid-cooled 24-core workstation

This Adamant Custom tower pairs a 24-core AMD Threadripper 9960X processor with a 360 mm liquid cooler, 64 GB DDR5 ECC memory, and an Nvidia RTX PRO 4500 Blackwell GPU with 32 GB VRAM. Storage combines three Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drives totalling 10 TB and a 10 TB SATA hard drive. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed.

AI developers and simulation engineers

The 48-thread CPU and professional GPU suit AI training, rendering, and scientific compute workloads that need certified drivers and ECC memory. Buyers who need more than 64 GB RAM or multiple GPU slots should look at a different platform. Builds requiring a smaller chassis or lower power draw are not served by this 1200 W tower.

24-core Threadripper 9960X CPU

The processor delivers 24 cores and 48 threads with a 4.2 GHz base clock and up to 5.3 GHz boost, backed by 128 MB L3 cache. This core count and thread density determine whether the system matches your parallel workload requirements.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and do I need to buy a monitor, keyboard or mouse separately?

The workstation ships fully assembled in a Corsair 5000D FRAME case with Windows 11 Pro installed. Monitor, keyboard and mouse are not included and must be purchased separately.

Should I choose the 2 TB or 4 TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drive for my operating system and active projects?

The 2 TB drive is installed as the primary M.2 slot for the OS and applications, while the two 4 TB drives provide additional high-speed project storage. All three use PCIe 4.0 x4 with read speeds up to 7450 MB/s.

What does the 24-core Threadripper 9960X at 4.2 GHz deliver in a real rendering or simulation workload?

The 24-core, 48-thread CPU boosts up to 5.3 GHz with 128 MB L3 cache, and is cooled by a 360 mm liquid cooler for sustained multi-threaded performance in rendering, simulation and AI tasks.
