Workstation for AI and rendering

This liquid-cooled tower workstation pairs a 32-core AMD Threadripper 9970X processor with an Nvidia RTX PRO 4000 Blackwell 24GB GPU. It ships with 64GB of DDR5 ECC memory and Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. The platform targets professionals running large-scale simulations, AI model training or multi-application creative pipelines.

Sustained load behaviour

A 360mm AIO liquid cooler manages the CPU while a 1200W 80 PLUS Gold power supply delivers stable current during extended compute sessions. Dual front and rear 120mm case fans maintain chassis airflow under continuous throughput. The motherboard’s VRM design supports the processor’s 5.4 GHz boost ceiling without thermal throttling.

Compatibility checks

Verify that your workspace accommodates a 520 mm deep by 245 mm wide by 520 mm high tower case. Ensure monitor cables match the GPU and motherboard rear-panel outputs. Confirm network infrastructure supports the dual LAN ports provided. Check that peripheral devices use USB 3.0, 3.1 or 3.2 Type-A or Type-C connectors.

Questions about this item

How loud is the 360 mm liquid cooler and 140 mm PSU fan when the Threadripper 9970X runs at 5.4 GHz all day?

The workstation uses a 360 mm quiet-edition AIO for the CPU and a 140 mm ultra-quiet fan in the 1200 W 80 PLUS Gold PSU, both designed for low noise under sustained load.

What display connectors must my monitor provide for the RTX PRO 4000 24 GB?

The RTX PRO 4000 Blackwell 24 GB card requires monitors with compatible DisplayPort or HDMI inputs; the workstation itself supplies no video outputs on the motherboard rear panel.

Will my existing SATA III 3.5-inch drives drop into the Corsair 5000D FRAME case?

Yes, the case includes two internal 3.5-inch bays and four 2.5-inch bays, all wired to the motherboard's eight SATA 6 Gb/s ports, so current SATA drives install directly.
