Core Configuration

This business desktop pairs a 32-core AMD Ryzen Threadripper 9970X processor with 64GB of DDR5 ECC memory and liquid cooling in a Corsair 5000D FRAME tower. A 1600W Seasonic PRIME TX-1600 power supply and Gigabyte TRX50 AERO D motherboard support the high-core-count CPU and professional graphics card.

Professional Fit

The workstation suits users who need certified drivers, ECC memory integrity, and a single GPU with 96GB VRAM for large-model inference, simulation or rendering workloads. Buyers who require more than 64GB of system memory, multiple GPU slots, or a rackmount chassis should evaluate alternative platforms.

Deciding Specification

The Nvidia RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell graphics card provides 96GB of VRAM, which determines whether the system can hold entire datasets or model weights in GPU memory without paging to system storage.

Questions about this item

Will the 1600W power supply handle the Threadripper 9970X and RTX PRO 6000 together with my existing PCIe add-in cards?

The Seasonic PRIME TX-1600 80+ Titanium unit delivers 1600W with Japanese capacitors and protections for over-voltage, under-voltage, over-power and short-circuit, leaving headroom for the 32-core CPU, 96GB GPU and additional cards.

How can I verify the 360mm liquid cooler is keeping the 9970X within its thermal limits after assembly?

Monitor the CPU temperature under load; the 360mm Quiet Edition AIO with 140mm fans is designed to maintain the 4.0GHz base and up to 5.4GHz boost across all 32 cores without thermal throttling.

Which cables and accessories ship with the Corsair 5000D Frame case, motherboard and GPU, and what must I source separately?

The case includes front-panel USB 3.0, USB 3.1 Type-C and audio; the TRX50 AERO D board provides rear USB4 Type-C, USB 3.2 Gen 2/1, SATA cables and M.2 screws; the RTX PRO 6000 includes its power adapter — only display cables and any extra SATA drives are not supplied.
