64-Core Threadripper Workstation

This liquid-cooled tower pairs a 64-core AMD Threadripper 9980X processor with 128GB of DDR5 ECC memory and an Nvidia RTX PRO 4500 graphics card carrying 32GB of VRAM. It ships with Windows 11 Pro and targets professionals running heavy compute, simulation or rendering workloads that demand high core counts and certified drivers.

Storage Headroom and Limits

Three Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drives provide 10TB of fast solid-state capacity with sequential reads up to 7450 MB/s and writes up to 6900 MB/s. A 10TB SATA HDD adds bulk storage, but the four M.2 slots are fully populated so further NVMe expansion requires replacing existing drives.

Bundled Hardware Impact

The 360mm quiet-edition AIO cooler keeps the 64-core CPU at sustainable clocks under prolonged load. A 1200W 80 PLUS Gold power supply with Japanese capacitors and a 140mm fan delivers stable headroom for the GPU and all drives. The Corsair 5000D Frame case supplies front and rear 120mm fans, two front USB 3.0 ports, one USB 3.1 Type-C port and audio jacks.

Questions about this item

Will my existing SATA III 3.5-inch drives fit the 520 mm deep Corsair 5000D case alongside the installed 10 TB HDD?

The case provides two internal 3.5-inch bays and four 2.5-inch bays, so additional SATA III drives can be installed beside the 10 TB HDD.

How can I confirm the 360 mm liquid cooler is keeping the 64-core Threadripper 9980X at its 3.2 GHz base speed under load?

Monitor CPU core temperatures and clock rates in Windows 11 Pro; sustained 3.2 GHz on all 64 cores with temperatures below the thermal limit shows the cooler is working as intended.

Which drives and accessories are included, and what must I supply myself?

The workstation ships with a 2 TB NVMe Samsung 990 PRO, two 4 TB NVMe Samsung 990 PRO SSDs, a 10 TB SATA HDD, 128 GB DDR5 ECC memory, RTX PRO 4500 32 GB GPU, 1200 W 80 PLUS Gold PSU, Windows 11 Pro, keyboard and mouse; no extra components are required for operation.
