32-Core Threadripper Workstation

This liquid-cooled desktop uses an AMD Threadripper PRO 9975WX with 32 cores and 64 threads running up to 5.4 GHz. It targets professionals who need sustained multi-threaded throughput for rendering, simulation or large-scale data analysis. The 512 GB DDR5 ECC memory supports error correction for workload integrity.

PCIe 4.0 NVMe and SATA limits

Three Samsung 990 PRO drives deliver up to 7450 MB/s read and 6900 MB/s write each on PCIe 4.0 x4 lanes. The 10 TB HDD connects through SATA III for bulk capacity. Total M.2 bandwidth depends on the TRX50 chipset lane allocation.

512 GB DDR5 ECC capacity

The installed 512 GB of DDR5 ECC memory is the decisive specification for buyers who need maximum in-box capacity without adding modules. Systems requiring more memory or non-ECC configurations will need a different build.

Questions about this item

How much total NVMe storage does the workstation ship with?

The system includes three Samsung 990 PRO drives — 2 TB, 4 TB and 4 TB — giving 10 TB of NVMe capacity.

What does the 5.4 GHz boost clock mean for single-thread workloads?

The Threadripper PRO 9975WX can reach 5.4 GHz on light single-thread tasks, while the 32 cores and 64 threads sustain high throughput on parallel workloads.

What PCIe generation do the M.2 slots on the TRX50 AERO D motherboard support?

Each of the three installed SSDs runs at PCIe 4.0 x4, so the M.2 slots are wired for PCIe 4.0 speeds.
