Ergonomic Vertical Design

The Adesso iMouse A20 features a vertical shape built for right-handed use that encourages a natural handshake posture during long sessions. An antimicrobial coating on the surface resists germs and bacteria. Side-mounted buttons provide intuitive back and forward navigation. The mouse connects via a 2.4 GHz nano receiver that offers up to 33 ft of wireless range.

Sustained Comfort and Tracking

The vertical profile keeps the wrist in a neutral position to reduce strain over extended periods of work or browsing. Its optical sensor tracks reliably on most surfaces without the jitter that can appear on reflective or glass tops. Switchable DPI settings of 1000, 1600 and 2400 let you adjust cursor speed to match the task at hand. The plug-and-play design requires no driver installation so the behaviour stays consistent from the first use.

Three-Level DPI Switch

The single specification that determines suitability is the selectable resolution of 1000, 1600 or 2400 DPI. Users who need finer granularity or higher maximum sensitivity will find the range limiting. The mouse ships with two AAA batteries, the nano receiver, a user manual and warranty documentation. It meets FCC and RoHS compliance standards.

Questions about this item

Does the iMouse A20 run hot or draw much power during all-day use?

It draws minimal power from two AAA batteries and has no active cooling, so it stays cool and quiet during continuous use.

What must I already own for the iMouse A20 to work?

A free USB-A port for the included nano receiver; the mouse ships with two AAA batteries so no separate purchase is needed.

Will the iMouse A20 work alongside my older USB 2.0 peripherals?

Yes — the 2.4 GHz nano receiver plugs into any USB-A port and operates independently of other USB 2.0 or 3.0 devices.
