Left-handed vertical ergonomic mouse

The Adesso iMouse E7 is a wired vertical ergonomic mouse purpose built for left handed users. The unique handshake design provides an alternative grip angle that reduces natural forearm twisting during long operational cycles. Three adjustable 10g weights are housed inside to let operators fine tune the physical feel for custom desktop tracking stability.

Optical sensor with 2400 DPI toggle

Featuring an integrated optical sensor, users can shift tracking resolutions up to 2400 DPI instantly using the top switch. The dedicated toggle button transitions seamlessly between eight hundred sixteen hundred and twenty four hundred dots per inch resolution. This single specification decides whether the cursor sensitivity range matches your workflow requirements.

Driver software and weight customization

The included programmable software driver expands flexibility by letting users customize macro commands, assign button maps, and configure LED colors across all six buttons. Internal configuration includes three removable ten gram weights that provide flexible adjustments to change the baseline drag and tracking drag resistance. The wired USB connection requires no batteries or wireless pairing to operate.

Questions about this item

How does the 2400 DPI maximum feel in everyday desktop use?

The 2400 DPI top setting provides fast cursor travel across large screens while the toggle lets you drop to lower steps for precise selection work.

What connection does the iMouse E7 use and what does that limit?

It connects by USB cable so there is no battery to charge and no wireless latency, but the cord length defines your range of movement.

What clearance does the vertical shape and weight system need on the desk?

The upright profile stands taller than a flat mouse so allow extra height clearance, and the three 10g weights can be added or removed to adjust heft without changing the footprint.
