Right-handed palm-grip gaming mouse

The Adesso iMouse X5 is a wired USB optical mouse built for right-handed palm-grip users. Six programmable buttons and a scroll wheel sit on a contoured black shell with RGB chromatic lighting. An internal weight compartment accepts standard coins so the mass can be tuned without extra parts.

Suits players who want on-the-fly DPI changes

The six-level DPI switch moves between 800, 1600, 2400, 3200, 4800 and 6400 dpi for quick sensitivity shifts across genres. Left-handed users or anyone preferring a claw or fingertip grip should look at something else, as the shape is fixed for right-hand palm use.

6400 dpi optical sensor with six hardware steps

The sensor tops out at 6400 dpi and steps down through five lower presets selectable by dedicated buttons. This single spec decides whether the mouse covers the sensitivity range a buyer needs for both precise aiming and fast sweeps.

Questions about this item

Does the USB cable need a specific port or adapter to work?

It plugs directly into any standard USB port; no adapter or special port is required.

How do I change the weight, and what is the step people miss?

Open the internal compartment and add or remove standard coins; the step many miss is securing the cover before use so the coins do not shift.

Will the mouse feet or switches need replacement, and how often?

The PTFE feet and mechanical switches are rated for extended use; replacement is only needed if glide degrades or clicks become inconsistent.
