Adorama 32x40" Silver Showcard studio reflector

32x40" silver showcard

The Adorama 32x40" Silver Showcard is a rectangular reflector board built for studio and location photography. Its lightweight aluminium construction makes it easy to position for portrait, product or full-body work. One side carries a glossy silver finish for strong, specular fill, while the reverse offers a super-white surface for softer bounce. Photographers and event organisers needing a rigid, multi-purpose light tool will find it fits the brief.

Capacity and coverage

The 32 by 40 inch surface throws a broad, even pool of light that comfortably wraps a standing subject or lights a small group. Silver output is punchy enough for fashion or commercial sets where contrast matters, yet the white side tames highlights for beauty or interview work. Rigid panels cannot collapse like fabric reflectors, so storage and transport demand flat space. Very large sets or multi-person scenes will need additional boards or larger modifiers.

Dual-finish utility

Flipping the board swaps between silver and white reflection without extra gear, cutting the number of accessories carried on location. The stiff aluminium sheet also works as a cue card, a runner for tabletop styling or a clean background for small objects. No frames, handles or mounting hardware are included, so clamps, stands or gaffer tape must be supplied separately.

Professional lighting reflector

This showcard serves photographers, videographers and display designers who need a durable, double-sided bounce surface. The aluminium build resists dents and creases that ruin fabric or foam boards over time. It is not a collapsible reflector, so users who prioritise ultra-compact packing should look elsewhere. Buyers wanting built-in mounting points or a carrying case will need to add those separately.
