Versatile 85-Stick Pack

This pack contains 85 clear full-size glue sticks measuring 10 inches long and 0.44 inches in diameter. They fit every standard full-size hot glue gun and bond paper, metal, plastic, wood, fabric, ceramic, foam, lace, ribbon and synthetic fabric. The sticks are made in the USA and suit home, office or school projects such as scrapbooking, crafting and DIY repairs.

Thermals And Power In Use

The sticks operate in high, low, dual and multi-temperature glue guns without any extra equipment. Low-temperature guns bond delicate materials like paper, lace and fabric in about 30 seconds, while high-temperature guns handle porous and heavier substrates such as glass and metal. No batteries are required and the product carries a California Proposition 65 warning for cancer and reproductive harm.

Multi-Temperature Compatibility

Because the formulation works across the full range of gun temperatures, one pack replaces separate low-temp and high-temp supplies. The fast-drying, low-viscosity adhesive reaches a tensile strength of 377 pounds per square inch once cured. The tube contains 85 sticks weighing 4.4 pounds and measures 11 by 5.5 by 5.25 inches, so buyers needing a smaller quantity or a different stick diameter will need another product.

Questions about this item

How do I install these 10 inch glue sticks in a full size gun, and what step causes jams?

Insert a stick into the rear chamber until it seats against the feed mechanism, then preheat the gun for several minutes; the step people skip is waiting for full melt before pulling the trigger, which pushes semi-solid adhesive into the nozzle and causes blockages

What maintenance or replacement will these 85 clear sticks need later?

The sticks themselves are consumable — each 0.44 inch diameter, 10 inch stick is used until exhausted, so the only replacement is buying another 85-count pack; the gun nozzle may need occasional clearing with a brass pick if cooled glue accumulates

What limit appears first during sustained use of these fast-drying sticks?

The 30 second full cure time means you must position materials quickly; on long sessions the gun's melt rate becomes the bottleneck, so glue flow slows before the 377 psi tensile strength or low viscosity become factors
