AFMAT PS13 Electric Pencil Sharpener 6.5-8mm 6000 cycles

Classroom pencil sharpener

The AFMAT PS13 is an electric pencil sharpener built for high-volume use in schools, offices and studios. It sharpens standard 6.5-8 mm No. 2 and coloured pencils automatically in three to five seconds. A heavy-duty helical blade and motor deliver over 6000 sharpening cycles. UL listing confirms electrical safety for shared environments.

Auto-stop and helical blade

The sharpener starts automatically when a pencil is inserted and stops when resistance drops, preventing over-sharpening. The larger helical blade cuts faster and lasts longer than smaller blades. The motor handles 200 consecutive pencils without overheating, so a whole class can be serviced in one session.

6000-cycle durability limit

The 6000-cycle rating covers typical academic-year workloads for a single classroom. Very large departments or continuous all-day sharpening will exceed the rated blade life. The 6.5-8 mm pencil range excludes jumbo or specialty diameters, so users with thicker pencils need a different sharpener.
