Bostitch Stanley EPS5V-BLK Vertical Electric Pencil Sharpener, Black

Space-Saving Vertical Design

The Bostitch Stanley EPS5V-BLK is a vertical electric pencil sharpener designed for classrooms, offices or home workspaces where desk space is limited. Its upright orientation reduces the footprint compared to traditional horizontal models. The unit arrives new in black finish and is sold as a single item. It suits users who need frequent, reliable sharpening without sacrificing surface area.

Stall-Free Motor With Thermal Overload Protection

The sharpener uses a stall-free motor equipped with thermal overload protection to extend motor life during heavy use. HHC cutter technology extends cutter life four times over standard cutters. A SharpStop mechanism automatically shuts the motor off once the pencil reaches the optimal point, preventing oversharpening. These features combine to deliver consistent performance for high-volume environments.

Safety Switch and Translucent Shavings Bin

A safety switch prevents the motor from operating when the translucent shavings bin is removed, reducing the risk of injury. The clear bin allows quick visual checks so users know exactly when emptying is needed. Together, these accessories support safer, cleaner operation in shared spaces such as schools or open-plan offices. The bin removes easily for disposal.
