Product identity

This is a USB-C to USB-C cable and 20 W power adapter kit sold as a three-pack. It is intended for users who need multiple charging sets for recent iPhone and iPad models that use USB-C ports.

20 W USB-C charging upgrade

The kit replaces older 5 W USB-A chargers and shorter cables, delivering up to 20 W via Power Delivery 3.0. The jump is worthwhile when you want faster charging on compatible iPhone 15, 16 or 17 series devices and recent iPad Pro or Air models.

Capacity and headroom

Each cable supports 5 V at 4 A for 20 W charging and 480 Mbps data sync. It comfortably handles iPhone 15 through 17 models and iPad Pro 11 or 12.9 inch models from 2018 to 2022. It does not serve devices that require a Lightning connector or higher wattage than 20 W.

How much clearance does the 2 in. USB-C cable need behind a device?

The cable is 2 in. long, so it needs only a few centimetres of space behind the port; no bulky connector housing to account for.

What is the common mistake when plugging the USB-C end into the 20 W adapter?

Forcing the reversible USB-C plug upside down; align the oval shape and insert gently until it clicks.

When should the 2 in. Lightning cable be replaced?
