Airfix 1/72 Scale Boeing Chinook HC.1 Kit

This 1/72 scale plastic model kit from Airfix depicts the Boeing Chinook HC.1 helicopter with 171 detailed parts molded in light gray. It includes decals for two different scheme options and measures approximately 16.5 by 9.75 inches when assembled. The officially licensed kit arrives in vintage-style packaging.

Hobbyists wanting a detailed twin-rotor build

Adult modelers who enjoy military aviation subjects and have experience with glue-and-paint assembly will suit this Level 3 kit. It is not intended for snap-fit construction or for anyone seeking a pre-finished replica, as cement and paint must be supplied separately.

Requires separate paint and cement to complete

The kit contains only the plastic parts and decals; both modelling cement and paint are essential to finish the model but are not included in the box. A display stand is also absent, so the assembled helicopter rests on its landing gear.
