Snap-together model kit, 45 parts

This Airfix Quickbuild kit assembles a London Taxi LEVC TX in black without glue or paint. The pre-coloured pieces push together to create a detailed model with interior and exterior features. It is an officially licensed product aimed at collectors and hobby enthusiasts. Finished dimensions are approximately 7 by 3 inches.

Ideal for beginners, not for advanced builders

The Skill 1 rating and snap-fit design suit anyone wanting a quick, tool-free build from age six upward. Collectors seeking a licensed London Taxi replica will appreciate the authentic detailing. Builders who want a multi-material kit, opening doors or a higher parts count should look elsewhere.

Approximately 1:24-1:25 scale

The model measures roughly 7 inches long by 3 inches wide, placing it in the 1:24 to 1:25 scale bracket. This scale determines how the taxi relates to other vehicles in a display collection. Buyers needing a specific scale match should verify these proportions against their existing models.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 1:24 or 1:25 scale version of this London Taxi?

The kit is a single release sized at roughly 1:24 to 1:25 scale, so there is no separate version to choose between.

What does the 45-part count mean for the finished model?

Forty-five pre-coloured bricks snap together to give a detailed interior and exterior with free-rolling wheels and no visible brick fittings.

How does the snap-together interface limit the build?

No glue or paint is needed; the push-fit bricks lock firmly so the completed taxi can be handled as a toy or displayed on a shelf.
