What the AIRHUG 01 is and who it suits

The AIRHUG 01 is a Bluetooth speakerphone with a built-in microphone for small conference rooms. It picks up voices within 6 ft and suits 4 to 6 participants. The unit connects through USB-C or Bluetooth and works with Windows, macOS, Linux and Android. It is designed for teams that need a portable, plug-and-play audio device for Zoom or Microsoft Teams calls.

Installing the AIRHUG 01 and common pitfalls

The speakerphone is plug-and-play over USB-C and pairs over Bluetooth without extra drivers. Both links can be active at the same time on one computer. Acoustic tones signal power, pairing and USB link changes; holding the call button for 3 seconds silences the tones when idle. A carry bag is included for transport. The only frequent issue is forgetting to mute the tones before a quiet meeting.

Checks before ordering

Verify that your computer has a free USB-C port or supports Bluetooth audio profiles. Confirm the meeting space fits the 6 ft pickup radius for 4 to 6 people. Ensure the operating system is Windows 7 or later, macOS, a standard Linux distribution or stock Android. No other hardware or software requirements are listed.
