Pack of 12 biodegradable sponges

AIRNEX Sponge001 supplies twelve plant-based cleaning pads made from cellulose and coconut husk. Each pad measures 4.5 x 2.8 x 0.8 in and combines a soft absorbent side with a natural abrasive scrubber. The sponges are compostable, non-toxic and safe for non-stick cookware, glass and stainless steel. They arrive new in a single retail pack.

Households wanting plastic-free daily cleaning

These sponges suit kitchens that prefer renewable materials and fast-drying, odour-resistant performance. Buyers who need heavy-duty scouring for baked-on carbon or industrial degreasing should look at stronger abrasive alternatives. The cellulose portion can be composted while the coconut scrubber is discarded separately.

4.5 x 2.8 x 0.8 in dual-layer pad

The critical specification is the individual sponge size of 4.5 x 2.8 x 0.8 in with a cellulose face and a coconut-husk scrubber face. This dimension and material pairing determines whether the pad fits your sink caddy and cleans your surfaces without scratching.

Questions about this item

What surfaces in my kitchen are safe to clean with the coconut scrubber side of these 4.5 x 2.8 x .8 in sponges?

The non-scratch coconut scrubber safely cleans non-stick cookware, glass, stainless steel, sinks and countertops without damaging the finish.

Will these biodegradable cellulose sponges fall apart if I keep using my older synthetic scrub pads for heavy jobs?

Each sponge resists daily wear for weeks; using synthetic pads for tougher tasks will not affect the durability of the AIRNEX sponges.

How can I tell the sponges are drying fast enough to stay odor-free after the first few uses?

Rinse, squeeze and air dry — plant-based materials dry quickly, so no sour smell should develop between uses.
