4 in Swivel Stem Caster

This 4 in swivel stem caster carries a 275 lb load rating and suits general-purpose carts or wheelbarrows. The polyolefin wheel is non-marking and rolls on a Delrin bearing. A zinc-plated steel frame resists corrosion in outdoor or workshop settings.

Threaded Stem Installation

The 1/2 in.-13 x 1 1/2 in threaded stem screws into a matching tapped hole, so installation only requires hand tightening or a wrench. Mis-threading the stem or using an undersized tap are the common errors that cause wobble or stripped threads.

Pre-Order Compatibility Checks

Verify that the mounting plate or leg accepts a 1/2 in.-13 thread and allows at least 4 13/16 in of overall mounting height. Confirm the wheel width of 1 1/4 in clears the frame or fork. Ensure the 275 lb rating covers the intended load per caster.
