What this caster wheel is and who it suits

This 4 in polyurethane wheel carries a 275 lb load rating and fits a 3/8 in axle bore. It is built for wheelbarrows, carts and similar yard equipment that need a firm, non‑marking tread.

Check your current setup before ordering

Verify that your axle diameter matches the 3/8 in bore and that the hub length of 1 9/16 in clears the fork or bracket. Confirm the 1 1/4 in wheel width fits the existing wheel cavity and that the 275 lb rating meets the loaded weight of the cart.

How it fits into a yard‑tool build

The Delrin bearing and included spanner bushing allow direct mounting on a standard axle without extra hardware. Polypropylene core and 95 Shore A tread resist flat‑spotting on hard surfaces while the non‑marking compound protects garage floors and pavers.
