This rigid plate caster provides fixed-direction mobility for wheelbarrows, carts and similar yard equipment. A 5 inch wheel diameter and 1 1/4 inch tread width give stable rolling on flat surfaces. The rubber tread on a polyolefin core is non-marking and suited to indoor or outdoor use. Load rating reaches 250 lb for a single caster.

Practical Limits of Plate Mounting

The rigid design means the caster does not swivel, so steering must come from other wheels on the equipment. No brake or swivel lock is included, so the unit cannot be locked in place or prevented from rolling on slopes. California Proposition 65 warnings apply because the product contains chemicals linked to cancer and reproductive harm. These regulatory limits affect where the caster can be sold and used.

Capacity and Headroom
