Rigid Plate Caster 275 lb

The Albion Inc. ZORO SELECT 33H908 is a rigid plate caster rated for 275 lb loads. It uses a 4 in rubber wheel on a polyolefin core that does not mark floors. The unit is NSF-listed and ships as a single wheel for carts or wheelbarrows.

Plate mounting with no brake or lock

The caster bolts to a flat plate on the equipment frame using standard hardware. Because the swivel lock and brake are not included, the wheel rolls freely in a fixed direction once installed. Installers should verify hole spacing on the host equipment before ordering.

Non-marking rubber tread under steady weight

The rubber tread on a polyolefin core resists flat-spotting when the cart sits stationary under a full 275 lb load. The material stays non-marking on hard floors during prolonged contact. No active cooling or lubrication is required for sustained use.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the caster rolls smoothly and locks rigidly after mounting it to my cart?

After bolting the plate to your equipment, push the loaded cart; the wheel should turn freely without wobble and the rigid fork must hold a straight line with no swivel movement.

What hardware comes with the ZORO SELECT 33H908 and what must I supply myself?

The caster includes the wheel, fork and top plate; you need to provide four mounting bolts, nuts and washers that match the plate hole pattern.

Which version of the 33H908 should I choose for a 275 lb per caster load on a smooth indoor floor?

Select the standard 4 in. diameter TPR rubber wheel with polyolefin core — it is non-marking, NSF-listed and rated for 275 lb capacity.
