ZORO SELECT 26Y330 Caster Wheel

The ZORO SELECT 26Y330 caster wheel supports up to 125 lb on yard equipment. It fits wheelbarrows and carts needing a 3 in diameter replacement. The wheel uses a rubber tread on a polypropylene core for standard duty.

Thermals noise and power draw

This passive wheel has no motor, fan or electrical draw. It produces no heat and makes no operating noise. Performance depends only on the load applied and the surface conditions encountered.

125 lb load rating decides fit

The 125 lb capacity sets the limit for safe use on your cart or barrow. Buyers needing higher capacity must select a different wheel. The 5/16 in axle bore and included spanner bushing determine mounting compatibility.

Questions about this item

How do I fit the 5/16 in axle and spanner bushing without wobble?

Slide the spanner bushing into the 1 3/16 in hub, then insert the 5/16 in axle through the bushing; tighten the axle nut until the wheel spins freely with no side-to-side play.

When should I replace the TPR tread on this 125 lb caster?

Replace the wheel when the soft 75 Shore A rubber shows flat spots, deep cracks, or when the non-marking tread no longer rolls smoothly under load.

What load limit will I hit first if I keep this wheel at maximum weight all day?

The 125 lb per-wheel rating is the first limit; sustained loads at or above that figure will accelerate tread wear and can deform the polypropylene core.
