ZORO SELECT 6 in. 300 lb. caster wheel

This wheel is built for wheelbarrows and carts that need a 6 in. diameter and a 300 lb. load rating. The Delrin bearing and polypropylene core suit light industrial or residential yard equipment.

Check axle size and hub clearance before ordering

The wheel fits a 3/8 in. axle and includes a spanner bushing for a 2 1/8 in. hub length. Verify your existing axle diameter and hub width match these dimensions so the wheel mounts securely.

Sustained load performance on soft tread

The rubber tread is rated 75 Shore A for quiet, non-marking roll on smooth surfaces. Under continuous weight near the 300 lb. limit the soft compound absorbs vibration but will compress more than harder wheels, so plan for slightly reduced clearance over time.

Questions about this item

Does the ZORO SELECT 26Y380 caster wheel come with all mounting hardware or do I need to buy a spanner bushing separately?

The wheel includes a spanner bushing so no separate bushing purchase is required for the 3/8 in axle size.

Should I choose the 300 lb load rating or the 300 to 999 lb range for my wheelbarrow?

The wheel itself is rated at 300 lb; the 300 to 999 lb range simply shows where this model sits among heavier-duty options.

What does the 75 Shore A hardness mean when the wheel is on a loaded cart?

At 75 Shore A the rubber tread is soft enough to roll quietly over rough ground while still supporting the full 300 lb capacity.
