Dual Wheel Swivel Caster

The Albion Inc. ZORO SELECT 26Y506 is a dual wheel swivel caster designed for wheelbarrows and carts. It suits users needing a plate mount caster with a 200 lb load rating for light yard equipment. The rubber wheels provide standard tread contact on hard surfaces. Buyers needing a brake or swivel lock should select a different model.

Thermals Noise Power Draw

This caster operates without a motor or electrical components so thermals, noise and power draw are not applicable. The rubber wheel core and tread material roll quietly on smooth floors without marking. Manual pushing effort depends on the 200 lb load rating and floor condition. No energy source is required for operation.

Bundled Accessories Software

The product ships as a single caster unit with no additional accessories or software included. California Proposition 65 warnings apply for chemicals known to cause cancer and reproductive harm. Orders of 75 dollars or more ship free directly from the supplier. No mounting hardware or lubrication is bundled with the caster.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the plate on the ZORO SELECT 26Y506 caster and which step is often missed?

Bolt the top plate through its four holes; the step often missed is tightening all bolts evenly so the swivel race stays level.

What part of this 200 lb dual-wheel caster will need replacement first?

The rubber tread on the 2 in wheels wears down before the swivel race or axle under normal loads.

At what load does the swivel action start to bind during sustained use?

The swivel race is rated for 200 lb; exceeding that limit causes binding first.
