3-Inch Swivel Stem Caster

The ZORO SELECT 32J856 is a single swivel stem caster designed for wheelbarrows and carts. It carries a 210 lb load rating within a 0 to 299 lb capacity range. The unit mounts via a 7/16 in x 1-3/8 in friction-ring stem.

TPR Wheel With Delrin Bearing

The 3 in diameter wheel uses rubber tread material that is non-marking on floors. A Delrin bearing supports smooth rotation across the 1 1/4 in wheel width. The steel frame carries a zinc-plated finish for corrosion resistance.

Stem Mount Limits Compatibility

The fixed 7/16 in by 1-3/8 in stem size fits only equipment drilled for that exact dimension. Builders needing a plate mount or a different stem diameter cannot use this caster. California Proposition 65 warnings apply for cancer and reproductive-harm chemicals.

Questions about this item

Will the Delrin bearing in the 32J856 caster need periodic lubrication or replacement?

The Delrin bearing is a self-lubricating polymer designed for maintenance-free operation under normal use.

What load limit will be reached first when the caster is used continuously at its 210 lb rating?

The 210 lb load rating is the primary limit; exceeding it risks premature wheel deformation or frame stress.

How much heat or noise does the 3 in rubber wheel generate during all-day rolling on concrete?

The non-marking rubber tread runs quietly with minimal heat buildup thanks to the Delrin bearing and 1 1/4 in width.
