Zoro Select 32J959 Swivel Stem Caster

The Zoro Select 32J959 is a swivel stem caster designed for wheelbarrows and carts needing a 125 lb load rating. It fits equipment with a 7/16 In. -14 x 1-1/2 in threaded stem mounting requirement.

Threaded stem installation fits 7/16 In. -14 threads

Installation requires a matching 7/16 In. -14 threaded hole in the equipment frame. The steel frame with zinc plated finish resists corrosion. Mismatched thread pitch or diameter will prevent secure mounting and cause the caster to detach under load.

125 lb load rating per caster

Each caster supports up to 125 lb with a 3 in diameter polyolefin wheel that is non-marking. The 3 5/8 in mounting height and 1 in wheel width determine fit and stability. Buyers needing higher capacity per wheel or a different wheel material must select another model.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the 125 lb load rating is holding after installing the caster?

Roll the loaded cart smoothly on a flat surface; the 3 in polyolefin wheel should turn without binding or flat spots and the zinc-plated steel frame must show no bending at the 3 5/8 in mounting height.

What components come with the ZORO SELECT 32J959 and what must I supply?

The caster arrives fully assembled with wheel, swivel fork, and 7/16 in -14 x 1-1/2 in threaded stem; you only need a matching threaded hole or nut in your cart or wheelbarrow.

Which stem thread size should I choose for a 3 in wheel and 125 lb capacity?

Select the 7/16 in -14 x 1-1/2 in threaded stem; it is the only stem size offered for this 3 in diameter, 125 lb rated polyolefin swivel caster.
