Rigid Plate Caster for Heavy Loads

This ZORO SELECT rigid plate caster uses an 8-inch rubber wheel on an iron core to support equipment up to 600 lb. The fixed design provides straight-line tracking for carts and wheelbarrows that do not require swivel motion. It is NSF-listed for use in environments that demand that certification.

Bolt-On Mounting with No Brake or Lock

The plate bolts directly to the frame using standard hardware, and the rigid horn eliminates the alignment steps needed for swivel models. No brake or swivel lock is included, so the caster rolls freely until the equipment is stopped by other means. Installers should verify hole spacing before drilling.

600 lb Capacity on a Single Rubber Wheel

The 2-inch-wide rubber tread handles 600 lb per caster, suitable for heavy garden carts, material dollies or utility trailers. Rubber on iron absorbs vibration on rough ground but wears faster than polyurethane on concrete. Non-marking performance is not claimed, so dark tread may leave residue on light floors. California Proposition 65 warnings apply.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the rigid caster is rolling correctly after mounting it?

The wheel should turn freely without wobble and the plate must stay fixed relative to the fork when the 600 lb load rating is applied.

What components come with the 3G134 caster and what must I supply?

The caster arrives fully assembled with wheel, fork and mounting plate; you only need to provide the four bolts or lag screws that match your cart frame.

Which ZORO SELECT plate caster should I choose for an 8-inch rubber wheel rated at 600 lb?

The 3G134 model matches those exact specifications — 8 in diameter, rubber tread on iron core, rigid plate mount, 600 lb capacity.
