Interval Swivel Tilt Task Chair

The Alera ALEIN4811 is a black task chair built for general office work. Its molded plastic shell resists impact while a waterfall seat edge reduces pressure on the underside of the legs. A five-star base with casters provides smooth mobility across the floor. The chair ships as a single unit.

Adjustable back height for task workers

Workers who need pneumatic seat height adjustment and back height adjustability will find the core ergonomic controls covered. Buyers who require integrated armrests should look elsewhere because arms are sold separately. The 100 percent acrylic tone-on-tone pattern suits professional environments but offers no mesh or fabric breathability options.

Armless configuration sold separately

The single specification that decides fit is the absence of included arms, with optional arms available as a separate purchase. This determines whether the chair matches a workstation that requires immediate arm support or one that allows a later upgrade. Verify the separate arm SKU before ordering to complete the setup.

Questions about this item

Does the Alera ALEIN4811 Interval chair come with armrests or do I need to buy them separately?

The chair ships without arms; optional armrests are sold as a separate accessory.

Which version of the Alera ALEIN4811 should I choose for a standard office desk?

Only the black model 4811 with 100 % acrylic tone-on-tone upholstery is listed, so that single version fits a typical desk.

How does the pneumatic seat-height adjustment work once the chair is assembled?

A lever under the seat raises or lowers the height pneumatically while you remain seated.
