Valencia Series Bookcase

The Alera ALEVA636632MC Valencia Series Bookcase is a new piece of office furniture designed for storing books, files or display items in a professional workspace. It suits businesses or home offices that need straightforward shelving without specialised mounting requirements.

Assembly and placement

The unit ships as a flat-pack kit requiring basic hand tools and a clear floor area for assembly. Common issues include misaligned shelf pins if the frame is not squared during build, and stability concerns on uneven flooring unless the bookcase is levelled or secured to a wall.

Long-term use

Under daily load the shelves hold their position without noticeable sag when weight is distributed evenly across each tier. The laminated finish resists typical office scuffs and light moisture, though prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause gradual colour change on the surface.
