Compact Mobile Workstation

The Alera VA204224MC is a rectangular desk on four casters designed for tight offices or shared rooms. Medium Cherry laminate covers the 41 by 23 worksurface and side panels. Two locking wheels keep the unit stationary when positioned.

Sustained Daily Use

Commercial-grade laminate resists water, scratches and dents during continuous workloads. The full-extension keyboard tray slides smoothly under the top when not needed. A three-quarter height back panel provides privacy while the undermount shelf holds cables during moves.

Simple Assembly & Mobility

Casters attach to the base so the desk rolls through standard doorways once built. Protective 3 mm edge banding reduces damage from accidental bumps. Two grommets route wires neatly, though the unit lacks leveling glides for uneven floors.

Questions about this item

How much heat does the 1" thick laminate worksurface generate when equipment runs on it all day?

The desk itself produces no heat; only the devices you place on the 1" thick commercial-grade laminate worksurface will generate warmth.

What tools or parts must I already own to assemble the 41" wide mobile workstation?

The unit ships ready to assemble with included hardware; a basic screwdriver is the only tool you need to attach the four casters and keyboard tray.

Will the two grommets and slide-out keyboard tray on this 29" high desk clear the cables and tower from my older workstation?

The two grommets route cables neatly and the full-extension keyboard tray slides clear, so most legacy tower and monitor cables fit without modification.
