60 mm Full-Copper Radiator for Compact Loops

The Alphacool NexXxos XT45 is a 60 mm single-fan radiator built with copper chambers, fins and channels plus brass G1/4 threads. Its 12 fins per inch and 45 mm core thickness suit small-form-factor or auxiliary liquid-cooling loops that need high thermal density in a 92 x 61.5 mm footprint.

Check Fan Mounting and Port Clearance

Verify that your chassis or bracket accepts a 60 mm fan pattern and that the 45 mm thickness plus hose bend radius fits the intended location. The two G1/4 ports require standard compression fittings; confirm thread engagement depth and routing space before ordering.

Copper Construction and Brass Threads

Steel side panels protect the full-copper core while brass threads resist stripping during repeated fitting changes. The separated internal chambers guide coolant in a defined path, reducing flow restriction and helping maintain consistent temperatures during daily operation.

Questions about this item

Does the radiator come with a 60 mm fan or must one be purchased separately?

The radiator is sold as a single unit; a 60 mm fan is not included and must be bought separately.

Which port thread matches the G1/4 fittings on this 45 mm thick radiator?

The unit provides two G1/4" threaded ports, so standard G1/4 fittings connect directly without adapters.

What does the 12 fins-per-inch rating mean for cooling performance in a loop?

A density of 12 fins per inch balances surface area and airflow resistance, letting a single 60 mm fan move heat efficiently through the copper chambers.
