White address labels for high-volume mailings

These labels measure 1" x 2-5/8" and come in a pack of 3000, arranged as 30 per sheet across 100 letter-size sheets. They suit offices, warehouses and home businesses that print large batches of mailing or shipping labels. The permanent adhesive keeps each label fixed during transit.

Replaces handwritten or small-pack labels

Moving from smaller retail packs or manual addressing to this 3000-count box cuts the cost per label and reduces the frequency of reordering. The jump is worth it when you regularly print more than a few hundred labels a month and want a single SKU to keep in stock.

Limited to laser and inkjet printers using 5160

The sheets are standard 8.5 x 11-inch paper and require a printer that accepts the 5160 layout. They will not feed through thermal, dot-matrix or roll-fed label printers, and the permanent adhesive is not designed for removable or repositionable applications.

Questions about this item

Will these 1" x 2-5/8" labels feed through a standard 8.5 x 11-inch letter-size tray?

Yes, each sheet is exactly 8.5 x 11 inches, so it feeds from any standard letter-size paper tray in both laser and inkjet printers.

How do I set up the 5160 template so the 30 labels per sheet line up correctly?

Select the 5160 template in your word processor or label software, print a test page on plain paper first, then load the label sheets with the printable side facing the correct direction for your printer.

When will the permanent adhesive on these FSC N004130-certified labels start to degrade?

The permanent-adhesive backing is designed for long-term secure placement; store unused sheets flat in a cool, dry environment to maintain adhesive performance for years.
