Amazon Basics AZ8511201R Paper 8.5 x 11 in 20 lb 92 Bright White 500 Sheets

Everyday copy paper for office use

This 500-sheet ream of 8.5 x 11 inch paper suits daily printing, copying and faxing in home or office environments. The 20 lb weight and smooth finish work with both laser and inkjet devices. Acid-free stock prevents yellowing over time for archived documents.

Step up from lighter recycled grades

Replacing 20 lb paper below 92 brightness gives sharper text and better colour contrast without changing printer settings. The jump is worth it when internal reports or client-facing pages need a cleaner look but heavyweight cardstock is unnecessary.

Standard letter size limits large formats

The fixed 8.5 x 11 inch sheet cannot accommodate legal, ledger or A3 layouts without scaling or tiling. Printers limited to letter-size trays will not feed larger media, so wide spreadsheets or posters need a different paper stock.
