Multi-purpose copy paper for office use

This Amazon Basics paper is a multi-purpose copy printer paper designed for everyday office tasks. It works with laser and inkjet printers, copiers and fax machines. The pack contains 800 sheets in a single mega ream.

Coated finish and 97 brightness improve contrast

The coated surface and 97 GE brightness level produce brighter white output for better contrast on printed documents. Acid-free material prevents yellowing over time. Each sheet measures 8.5 x 11 inches at 24 lb weight.

Suits high-volume printing; not for cardstock needs

This paper suits offices that need a large supply of standard-weight coated sheets for routine printing and copying. Buyers who require heavier cardstock or recycled content should look at other options.

Questions about this item

Will the coated finish on these 8.5 x 11 sheets cause more frequent roller cleaning in my laser printer?

The coated surface is designed for standard laser and inkjet printers; it does not require extra roller maintenance beyond the printer maker's normal schedule.

What limits how many of the 800 sheets I can run through continuously without a jam?

The 24 lb weight and coated finish feed reliably in most machines; the practical limit is the printer's rated tray capacity and duty cycle, not the paper itself.

Does the 97 brightness coating make the paper run hotter or draw more power during all-day printing?

Brightness and coating do not change the printer's power draw or heat output; energy use depends on the printer model and its settings.
