Clear packing tape for shipping and storage

This Amazon Basics tape comes in a 12-roll pack. Each roll is 1.88 inches wide and 72.2 yards long with a 1.8 mil thickness. It is made from 100% BOPP material with a robust acrylic adhesive. The clear film stays transparent for easy label reading.

Standard 3-inch core fits common dispensers

The rolls are designed to fit standard 3-inch tape dispensers. They can also be cut with scissors if a dispenser is not available. The tape is engineered to start easily without splitting or tearing. No special tools are required for application.

Twelve rolls cover high-volume packing needs

The multi-roll pack suits warehouses, offices and home moves. It handles sealing boxes for shipping, moving and long-term storage. Very heavy or oversized cartons may need reinforced tape instead. The 1.8 mil thickness is built for standard packaging tasks.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 12-roll pack or look for a smaller quantity?

The 12-roll pack gives you twelve individual rolls, each 72.2 yards long, so you can keep spares in different locations or share them with family members during a move.

What does the 1.8 mil thickness mean when I am sealing a box?

At 1.8 mil the tape is thick enough to resist splitting under tension, and the acrylic adhesive bonds firmly to cardboard so the seal stays closed during transit.

Will these rolls fit a standard 3-inch tape dispenser?

Yes, each roll is made to fit 3-inch core dispensers, and the tape unwinds smoothly whether you use a dispenser or cut it with scissors.
