Amcrest IP5M-B1276EB-AI 5MP 129° AI Bullet Network Camera Black

AI bullet camera for outdoor surveillance

The Amcrest IP5M-B1276EB-AI is a 5-megapixel PoE bullet camera built for outdoor security. It captures 5MP video at 20 frames per second through a 2.8 mm lens that provides a 129° field of view. Integrated AI detects humans and vehicles while IVS tripwire and intrusion rules reduce false alerts. Dual illumination combines an IR LED with warm white LEDs for colour night vision up to 49 feet. An IP67 rating protects the housing against dust and water.

Upgrade from basic motion-triggered cameras

Replaces cameras that only use simple motion detection and single-mode night vision. The jump is worth it when you need human and vehicle classification to filter notifications, colour detail after dark at 49 feet, and wide dynamic range up to 120 dB for high-contrast scenes. DORI distances reach 208.66 feet for detection and 21 feet for identification. Onboard storage supports microSD cards up to 256 GB, while H.265 and H.264 compression reduce bandwidth and storage needs.

Check PoE power and mounting before ordering

The camera requires a PoE injector or PoE switch, which are not included. Verify your network can deliver Power over Ethernet to the mounting location. A microSD card up to 256 GB must be purchased separately for local recording. The unit measures 7.57 by 2.77 by 2.61 inches and weighs 1.1 lbs, so confirm the mounting surface can support that size and weight. Compatibility with Amcrest NVRs, Synology and QNAP NAS, and major web browsers is provided.
