Product identity

The Reolink CX810 is a single bullet-type IP camera built for outdoor surveillance. It captures 4K ultra-high-definition video at 3840x2160 resolution using an 8MP sensor and a 4.0mm F1.0 lens with IR cut filter. Power over Ethernet simplifies wiring for installers and homeowners who want a single-cable setup.

Thermals noise and power

The camera operates from DC 12V or PoE and is rated for ambient temperatures from -10°C to +50°C with 10% to 90% humidity. No moving parts or active cooling are present so acoustic output is negligible. The F1.0 aperture and 1/1.8" CMOS sensor gather four times more light than an F2.0 lens enabling full-colour night vision without supplementary illumination.

Build integration

A micro SD slot provides local recording capacity while ONVIF support allows integration with third-party NVRs or management software. The 93.2° horizontal field of view covers wide areas from a single mounting point. Two-way audio lets operators communicate through the camera. Buyers needing wireless connectivity or battery operation should consider other form factors.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the 67*187 mm bullet camera and what step is often missed?

Fix the bracket with suitable screws for the surface, connect the Ethernet cable for PoE power and data, then attach the camera; the step often missed is sealing the cable entry against moisture.

What maintenance will the 1/1.8" CMOS sensor and F1.0 lens need over time?

Clean the lens glass gently with a soft cloth when dirt reduces the 93.2° field of view; the IR-cut filter and sensor are sealed and require no user servicing.

What limit appears first during continuous 25 fps 4K recording?

The micro SD card capacity fills first; the camera writes H.265 or H.264 streams at 3840x2160 until the card is full, then overwrites or stops depending on settings.
