Vehicle Fit and Purpose

This dash kit fits select 2009 to 2014 Ford F-150 vehicles. It provides a factory-matched opening for installing an aftermarket single DIN or double DIN head unit. The kit is painted to match the original dash colour and texture. High-grade ABS plastic construction ensures a precise, gapless fit.

Installer Profile

The kit suits owners replacing the factory radio with an ISO single DIN or double DIN unit who want an OEM appearance. It includes a storage pocket for single DIN installations. Buyers with vehicles outside the stated model years or those needing a non-ISO mounting pattern should look at other solutions.

Mounting Standard Compatibility

The kit accommodates both ISO single DIN and ISO double DIN mounting standards. This specification determines whether your chosen head unit will bolt directly to the kit. Verify that your radio conforms to one of these ISO mount types before purchase.

Questions about this item

Will the painted ABS plastic finish need re-coating or replacement over time?

The kit is moulded from high-grade ABS plastic and painted to match the factory dash colour with a factory-matched texture, so no refinishing is required under normal interior conditions.

What limits a gapless fit between the dash and the kit during long-term use?

Precision tolerances in the ABS construction maintain the gapless alignment; the first limit encountered is any structural shift in the vehicle dashboard itself rather than the kit.

Does the ABS material transmit heat or vibration noise when the cabin runs all day in a 2014 F-150?

High-grade ABS plastic insulates against heat transfer and dampens vibration, so the kit adds no audible noise or noticeable warmth during continuous daily operation.
