The Amtake adapter converts analog composite video and stereo audio from RCA connectors into a digital HDMI signal at 720p or 1080p resolution running at 60Hz. It is designed for owners of legacy consoles, VCRs, camcorders or DVD players who need to display content on modern monitors or televisions that lack analogue inputs.

Output resolution and format support

The unit accepts PAL, NTSC3.58, NTSC4.43, SECAM, PAL/M and PAL/N standards and scales them to either 720p or 1080p at 60Hz. It cannot improve the source quality beyond what the original composite signal provides and it does not function in reverse as an HDMI to RCA converter.

Bundled USB power and documentation
