Annke 5MP PoE IP Camera 2.8mm White

This Annke 5MP PoE IP camera is a wired surveillance device for outdoor security. It uses a single Ethernet cable for both data and power transmission. The turret-style unit includes a built-in microphone and a micro SD card slot for local recording. It is designed for home or small business monitoring.

Ideal for wired PoE setups.

This camera suits installers who can run Ethernet cabling to each mounting point and want AI human and vehicle detection alerts. It is not for buyers who need wire-free placement, battery-powered flexibility, or wireless connectivity. It also does not suit systems that require a built-in power supply.

5MP resolution with 2.8mm lens and 100ft night

The 5MP sensor captures 3K video through a 2.8mm wide-angle lens. EXIR 2.0 infrared provides up to 100ft night vision in darkness. H.265+ compression reduces bandwidth and storage needs while maintaining image quality. IP67 rating ensures operation in severe weather.

Questions about this item

Do I need an NVR or a PoE switch to power this camera?

The camera uses Power over Ethernet, so it requires a PoE switch, PoE injector, or an NVR with built-in PoE ports to supply both data and power through a single cable.

Can this 5MP turret camera connect to my existing ONVIF NVR?

Yes, the camera supports ONVIF, allowing it to integrate with compatible third-party NVRs that also support the standard for video streaming and configuration.

How do I confirm the 2.8mm lens and night vision are working after installation?

Check the live view in the ANNKE Vision app for a wide 16:9 image and verify infrared illumination activates automatically in low light, providing clear footage up to 100ft.
