8CH 4K DVR with four 1080p cameras

This Annke surveillance kit pairs an 8-channel 4K digital video recorder with four wired 1080p cameras. The recorder handles analog HD, analog and IP inputs across up to 16 channels. Cameras deliver 1920×1080 resolution with colour night vision and IP67 weather resistance. The system ships without a hard drive and supports up to 10 TB for 24/7 recording.

Home owners wanting expandable wired coverage

Buyers who need a complete kit with storage included should look elsewhere because the unit arrives with 0 TB installed. The recorder accepts additional IP cameras up to the channel limit for future expansion. Users who rely solely on wireless or battery cameras will find this wired solution unsuitable. The 5-in-1 input compatibility covers TVI AHD CVI CVBS and IP formats.

4K HDMI output and H.265+ compression

The DVR provides HDMI output up to 3840×2160 at 30 Hz and VGA up to 1080p at 60 Hz. Advanced H.265+ compression reduces bandwidth and extends recording time on the installed drive. Deep learning motion detection 2.0 distinguishes people and vehicles across all analog channels. Audio is carried over coaxial cable for simplified cabling.

Questions about this item

Will the 8-channel DVR accept my existing analog cameras that output 1080p or 720p?

Yes, the DVR supports TVI, AHD, CVI and CVBS inputs at 1080p up to 30 fps and 720p up to 60 fps, so older analog cameras using those formats will work.

How can I verify that AI motion detection is actually filtering people and vehicles after installation?

Use the intelligent search on the recorder or mobile app to filter recorded events by human or vehicle categories; only clips tagged with those objects will appear.

Does the package include a hard drive or must I buy one separately?

The system ships with 0TB storage, so you must purchase a compatible hard drive up to 10TB yourself.
