This kit bundles an 8-channel hybrid DVR recorder with eight 5MP IP67 weatherproof cameras and a pre-installed 2TB hard drive. Who This Suits and Who Should Look Elsewhere

Ideal for homeowners or small businesses wanting a single-box solution with wired cameras, local storage and smart alerts that filter out animals or shadows. Not suited for buyers who need wireless or battery-powered cameras, purely IP-based NVR architectures, or storage capacities beyond the included 2TB drive.

Hybrid 5-in-1 Recorder with 4K HDMI Output

The DVR accepts up to 8 analog channels plus 4 extra IP channels in enhanced mode, each IP stream up to 4 Mbps. Video output reaches 4K at 3840×2160 over HDMI and 1080p over VGA. Compression uses H.265+ to extend recording time on the 2TB drive. Audio is carried over coaxial cable for supported cameras.

Questions about this item

Does the kit include all cables and connectors needed to install the eight cameras, or must I buy them separately?

The kit provides the 8-channel 4K DVR, eight 5MP IP67 cameras and a pre-installed 2TB hard drive; coaxial or network cables for each camera run are not included.

Should I choose the 2TB drive or add a larger drive for longer 4K recording?

The supplied 2TB drive stores 4K footage compressed with H.265+; adding a second drive up to the recorder's maximum capacity extends retention without changing the 8MP recording resolution.

What does the 100 ft night-vision figure mean when the cameras are mounted on a real house?

Infrared LEDs illuminate objects up to 100 ft away in total darkness; actual usable range depends on ambient light, mounting height and any obstructions in the field of view.
